Imagine, perfect fluffy omelets without the messy egg beaters and mixing bowl – real eggs, not Egg Beaters or other substitutes. Consider a hard-boiled egg that is solid gold, all the way through – no separation of the yolk or white. Never again choke on the dry yellow center of an ordinary egg.
That is what you will get with Eggbro. Eggbro is the technological answer to mixing the white and the yolk inside the shell. Prior to this marvelous invention, you could scramble an egg inside its shell by spinning it in a tube, such as a stocking or long sleeved shirt. In order to do this, first insert the egg inside the tube. Tie it securely on both sides so that it will not slip. Then, spin the egg in the tube until the tube is tightly wound – and then pull on the tube to abruptly unwind it. This would need to be repeated about a dozen times. Then, the egg would have to be checked by holding it up to a strong light – such as a flashlight – to see if it is well mixed. As you might imagine, this is a lot of work just to scramble an egg!
Eggbro can change all of that. The egg is carefully cradled in a holder. Just a gentle push, using two fingers, sets it firmly in place. Close the lid on Eggbro, and turn it on. Let it run for one minute. Open it. Use the lever to gently remove the egg. No need to hold it up to a strong light – although you can if you want to – Eggbro’s centrifugal force will have scrambled the egg perfectly. No messy whisks, egg beaters or other mixing device; no eggy bowl to clean up. The egg is scrambled in the shell; ready to pour onto a pan to make an omelet or to pop into a pot of boiling water to create a beautiful, golden hard boiled egg.
The egg can be used to decorate salads, sliced onto sandwiches, used in almost every way that a regular hard-boiled egg could be used. The sole exception to is that, it just will not make very good deviled eggs – since those depend upon having a yoke that can be removed and mixed with seasoning. It is an amazing food.
The concept for Eggbro is more than complete. It has passed through the stages of design, hand modeling, testing, establishing a trademark, and creating a patent. Now, all it needs is funding to progress to the production stage. And that is where you, Kickstarter fans, come in. Michael Yang has created a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign to raise the money for production costs – and to offer you the chance to own one of these marvelous devices. The early bird special is $169.00; add $10 to that, and you can even get an Eggbro t-shirt.
Imagine – never was another eggy whisk; never clean up another scrambled egg bowl. Yet, serve perfectly scrambled eggs every time. Slice unusual golden eggs for salads, entrees and more. Eggbro.
